H1B Status Lottery Result

Hi,
I have submitted my H1B application this year Feb-Mar 2019, through my organisation. When I am asking to my HR for lottery status - they are replying - it is awaiting for lottery status. I don’t have the receipt number with me. The status it is showing as “Filed with USCIS Mapping”
My questions are,
1. What is the meaning of this status ?
2. Is there still chances for result batches to come or I can consider it has been rejected in this year lottery ?

Please provide me some guidence.

  1. This means that they filed or H1B 2020 quota in April and waiting for Lottery results.
  2. Very less chances as the data entry is complete. Unless, your employer has the data and not sharing it with you only.
