H1B status is RFE response review, will PP apply in this scenario?

H1B status is RFE response review, will PP apply in this scenario?

I converted by H1B application from normal processing to Premium, immediately i got an RFE. My attorney answered the RFE on Oct 31st,2013. After that the status changed to RFE response Review. Will USCIS still consider my application as PP, will i get a decision within 15 days. No where in the status it is mentioned. Did somebody experience this?

i got RFE on june 28 2013 and My employer took really long time to respond it. fianlly they responded on 26th september 2013. 2 days before it was due. not my status have changed to RFE response Review. it's been long time status is not moving. 



seriouly vermont center is Taking too much time.. They don't have much work in compare to April Lot. but still not moving at all :((((

Hi guys,

Am also on the same boat.i got RFE on sep6th and my employer responded and status changed to RFE response review on 24th sep… since then my status is same… my attorney raised an e-request also on nov 12…till now no updates…
