H1B approval notice is received with a starting date of October 1st. However, with the new ban until Jan 2021 beneficiary won’t be able to apple for visa stamping. What happens since start date will be passed by than, what needs to be done now, apply for start date amendment? Or Do nothing and wait until Jan 2021 and apply for visa?
