I apply my H1B outside the US got a RFE on going. I am curious when it get approval and I get the stamp. Does it has a time period that I must flighting back to the US with my new H1B status for starting my first day of work?
No, there is nothing as such…It is up to you and your employer to work it out. You need a valid H1B Visa stamp in your passport to enter US and you need to have the job in US.
