Dear Saurabh, My employer wants me to go for stamping on previously approved LCA and H1B. Now I got job in new state but employer says he will file new LCA after I reach there.
I worked for that client till Oct last 2013 , manager gave me client letter (have badge id too) but now he don’t need me. LCA, I-129 have same client name and address.
my L1 to H1 approved without COS. (had to return due to L1 ext deniel)
Please help.
