H1b stamping when extension is under process

Sir,

My H1B expired on 15’th Sep 2015.I got extension upto 28 January 2017.I am planning to visit India in August 2016 and to go for stamping also.In August 2016 my employer will file another extension.When I am going for visa stamping the scenario is one extension will be under process.So my question is Will there any issues for visa stamping because another extension is processing.Please help me with this query.

Pending extension will not impact your visa stamp. You will receive a visa stamp for the duration of approved petition at that time i.e. until Jan 2017.
