I would like to know if it’s possible to apply for Stamping waiver in India (For H1b Extension).
My initial H1b expired on May 2019 and the stamping for the same was applied in India.
I would like to know if i can directly submit the documents at the consulate in India (For the extension) instead of attending the interview.
