H1B - Stamping - Visa Interview - Green Card Mother petition

Hello,

I am going for my H1-B stamping early next month, now my mother has a I-130, petition for Alien Relative, that was filed by her brother/ my uncle last year, my question is will this have any impact on my H1-B processing?

It should not have any impact on your application. H1B is a dual intent visa and it should be fine as they will not look for your non-immigrant intent. You can read more on dual intent and Nonimmigrant intent for H1B
