My H1B stamping refused after 8 months by chennai US Consulate and no reason mentioned by them.
Can I go for stamping again with same petition , since I have been with same employer in India. Meantime petition is expired i.e. Last month Sept/2015 and, what employer has to do now, I mean does he need to file new petition or new LCA for me to reappear for stamping?
yes you can. but make sure you have all the required documentation (client letter) and answers to all standard questions (job duties, salary etc.)
