Hi friends, i am currently working in a MNC in india and i have already been to US through my employer, now i have plan to go and settle in USA… How can i get a H1B visa without a sponsor… since all the employers i applied were ready to take if i have a h1b visa… can anyone please help… ?
H1B is company dependent and need sponsor…If u have held H1B before you can apply cap exempt transfer
