Friends, I am in US on L1B VISA and my petition & I-94 is expiring in AUG-2017. But, My comp filed H1B in 2016 and we received the approved petition.and it was filed as Fresh petition not as Change of Status. As I said that my L1B is getting over in AUG-2017 and I am yet to go for H1B Stamping.
My question is, Is it necessary to get stamping from Home Country (IND in my case) or we can go any near by country to get stamping done.
