I am currently on H1B , My change of status application (from F1 to H1B) was approved last year and have been in current status since October 1st last year.
When I left my last employer(which also filed my H1B petition) I didnt submit final STEM OPT evaluation
Can this affect me in any way when I go for stamping next time or when transferring my H1B?
No, it should not affect it as long as it was approved. Usually that document is only to prove that you were in proper status. If you get an RFE in future, just make sure you have it available so that you can share and prove that you were in proper status.
