H1B stamping in India while H4 is studying in USA

Hi All,
I wanted to know whether an H1B holder qualifies for NIE on family separation if he goes alone to India for Visa stamping and spouse (H4 EAD) resides in USA due to her university classes and internship.

Did you check if your job is related to any of these sectors that qualify for NIE.

I believe my job doesn’t come under critical sector.
Do you know if I am qualified for family separation since my spouse is studying here in usa and currently she is in USA?
