H1b stamping got yellow slip

Had h1b and h4 interview at 9.30 am in Ottawa…Got yellow slip …no box checked… and ask to come again on same day at 1.30 pm… ask routine questions… vo said she needs to verify employment…
Client got call the same day and next day client got email to confirm…

Has anyone gone through situation like this… how much time it will take…

Vo didn’t take our passports…

Ceac site is showing case last update as 15th April…
Interview date is april10th…
Any ideas on how many days it will take to process
