I was already holding a H1b from my previous company. I went for B1 from my new company. They have rejected my B1 and stamped my H1b visa with “Cancelled Without Prejudice”. what does this mean. I have to file for a fresh H1b, need to go with regular cap or can be considered in Cap exempt.
will this create any problem for next H1b visa
