I GOT VISA STAMPED IN CHENNAI COUNSLATE IN THE YEAR 2008, DUE TO RECESSION I COULD NOT ABLE TO GO TO USA, it got expired in MARCH 2011. NOW I AM PLANNING FOR NEW FILING WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. pLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW CAN I PROCEDD.
DO I NEED TO COMPLETELY FILE NEW PETITION FROM COMPANY.

The new employer can file a cap-exempt petition for you. You can provide them copy of the old petition and they can file the new cap-exempt petition for you. This new petition can be filed anytime and you can travel to US as soon as you get the visa stamped.
