If you have no connections it’s very taugh to find a company to sponsor your Visa. What I always recommend is to signup for a one-year program in one of the University of your choice (a Certificate program), since their cost is very low (about $8k for a year). At the end of the program, you will obtain a one year OPT, where you can find a job or internship in your field. That’s your best chance to impress an employer and have them filing your H1B. The alternative is to do a full MBA or master program in the U.S. but it’s way more expensive…
