I completed my M.Sc in U.K, I would like to find any job related to my field (molecular biology) in U.S should I find a sponsor first or directly apply for a company.
I did apply for a company and completed my telephone interview tru phone but haven’t heard from them
I am a fresher btw
any suggestions?
