Hi,
H1b application filed in the month of april 2013. I received RFE on June 3. On October 1st i received a mail stating that USCIS as missed my documents for RFE so asking to resubmit. Can any of you tell me will it take another 60-90days for the status to get changed. Since its the mistake of USCIS will they try to finish the processing quickly than usual time?
