I travelled to US on H4 in Sep 2012.
I applied for H1B in April 2013. Meanwhile My husband had filed for H1B extension with his employer on May 2013 and got an RFE which he is working on replying.
I got an RFE for my H1 asking for my current status. All I can provide is the H1 and H4 extension recipt that we have filed and state that we are legally valid to stay in the US.
Will this reply be good enough to proccess my H1 RFE? Will it cause my H1 to be put on hold/rejected untill i have a valid H4 visa?
