My petition got picked up in the lottery this year and went to RFE stage. The consultancy which has filed my petition says that they cant support to the RFE. What are my options now ?

I am sorry to say you have no option now. Take it as a hard lesson and move on. H1B is employers petition and they can choose not to reply to an RFE. Case will go to denial if RFE is not responded to.
One thing though, if you did pay for your H1B, then the company has cheated you. You could name the company here so in future none else gets cheated.
