H1b RFE maintenance of status

Hi
I got RFE for H1b for this fiscal year 2020.

My RFE is list of all employer whom i worked from post completion OPT till date with pay stubs.
Evidence that i worked at least 20 hours or more per week in a position that is directly related to my U.S major of study.

I have unpaid internship in post completion OPT and on STEM OPT worked on paid basis.

I have offer letter and relieving letter from my employer and in STEM opt I was missing 2 pay stubs but i have offer letter and relieving letter.

Here how can i show uscis about missing paystubs .(can i use status of report for missing months).
and in post completion opt can i show statues of report for every week till my end of my opt which is an extra evidence that i have worked with my employer which is mentioned as per i983.
