Hi i got RFE for this year H1b CAP asking for Client SOW and Manager letter. When the petition was applied i was in Client A, but now i am working for client B in the same Employer. If i submit Client B’s SOW and Manager letter will it be a problem for my H1b Approval?
Even you are with same employer, you can’t submit Client B SOW. Once your petition got approved with Client A you can fly for Client B or some other.
