Hi!

I have received RFE for my H1B case. Documents which asked are

SOW (Statement Of Work) 3 most recent SOW of projects to which associate will be assigned in us. Most recent sow must be valid.

BRM Letter

Question I have is sow which I would be submitting should be of same project which I mentioned in my PRD (Project Role Description) document which I shared with my employer while filing H1B.

Should project Name in SOW, BRM LETTER, PRD has to be same?

In general Yes… In case if your employer changed to something else, you have get more details from them. According to the things they have filed, for the same only you need to send the documents that uscis requested.

What if I do not have SOW for same project? In that case what should be done?
