Hello I received RFE related to CPT. I am not sure about this question “A detailed statement explaining how the beneficiary obtained CPT employment…” can someone provide sample statement how to answer to this question.

This is something that you need to work with your DSO to justify how the CPT was given and then work with your CPT employer on how they selected you…Please work with an attorney, CPT related RFEs are very tricky…
Thank you for your response. As My lawyer suggested me to provide statement to get signed with my employer. But I am not sure what to provide. If there is any samples it would be great. Thanks again.
You ask them for the statement or sample letter, that’s what they are paid for.
