An RFE was issued on my petetion of H1B in July this year(H1B2013 quota)…The company is an american company.
Now my present employer is willing to do L1 visa processing for me…
Will the RFE on H1B influence the new L1 petetion. Can the two Visa processings can be done in parallel…I mean is it legal to process two visa at same time !!!
