H1B revoked travel

Hi

I travelled USA in march 2017 and I worked for 3 months and came back to india July 2017. My employer revoked my visa,On September 30, 2016, we revoked the approval of your case, Receipt Number ETC1375SXXX, and mailed you a revocation notice. It explains the reasons for our action. Please follow the instructions in the notice and submit any requested materials. If you do not receive your revocation notice by October 14, 2016, Now new employer called me asking me to travel on existing visa stamp and show our project at POE,( last POE is TX , Now POE is GA).Once I reached to GA , they gonna file my H1b transfer.

Now my questions are

  1. Can I travel USA on existing VISA stamp

  2. POE will be happen with new employer project documents?

You are at very high risk for deportation at port of entry. You need a new Statement of Work and as we have seen in recent weeks, a new visa stamp is being demanded. Your new employer needs to send you all paperwork so that a new application can be processed. You present H-1B visa stamp is no longer a travel document even with valid travel dates.

New employer saying that it won’t be any problem and I can travel with existing stamp. He gonna provide project documents and they will give support if CBP officers required any information. Still am in panic … to resign secure job in INDIA
