Hi,
Reach out to your employer/attorney immediately. They will contact USCIS to know the exact reason. If its due to system error, USCIS might take about a month to rectify the issue. This is what happened in all our 3 cases reported in above thread.

If its due to any other reason then your employer/attorney will get the notice. Keep following with your employer/attorney for updates.

I am facing the same issue.Earlier my status was ‘case was approved’,but recently received email from USCIS …stating ‘Intent to Revoke’ notice was sent.It seems the attorney havent received any documents yet.I am quite upset and still have some hope left. :frowning:
