My employer filed petition to withdraw my h1b before start date. On sep 29, when i check case status , uscis has revoked approval of my case . So can i transfer my h1b now to another employer who is ready to file lca for me ? My prior status was opt and validity is till oct 20. What are the possibilitiesi have now ?
Please help
