I got approved H1B in 2015 and i never used the H1B. When went for stamping got 221g blue slip and received Revocation Notice. But I got onsite opportunity through my current company, So I traveled L1A Visa (Extension filed already and my visa expired by 30th Nov 2019) to USA (Start date : 24th May 2017 - till today).
I am planning to move to H1B (Under H1b cap exempt, need to move with in 6 years).
Could you please let me know is my current H1B is still valid or i need to go for new H1B
