Dear sir/madam,
I have a valid h1b visa which will expire next month, in couple of months if my husbands h1b visa is approved I will resign from this organisation who initiated my h1b and will go to US in dependant visa.If I want to find a job there in US can I use my h1b visa and renew it or do I need to file a new H1b petition and does it go through lottery next year.
Also if the above thing does not work out then shall I renew my h1b visa now itself before resigning.
Please suggest me some points.
