H1b rejection process and rejection notices if any..

Hi guys,

Did anyone get the rejection notice?

Also I was wondering how this rejection process for H1b works? Will they keep some applications or send all of them back? Also under PP when can we expect getting the notice?

I think for PP they will know by tomorrow April 30th.
