H1B rejected because of lack of connection between education and work

I am a masters in Biomedical engineering and was currently working as a validation engineer in a Medical firm. When my H1b was filed in premium processing, I got an RFE saying that my education was not connected to my work. My consultancy at that time was unable to provide the client contract and letter. My visa got rejected. We are applying for a MTR(Motion to reconsider) now. To prove that my work is connected to my education are the client contract and letter enough or are there some other documents we should provide. Also what are my chances of it being approved on providing these documents. Please help!!
