H1B Rejected after RFE last time, approved currently

Hi All,

My H1B petition has been rejected (in 2010-11)since i failed to provide some of the Docs when it went to RFE , but i have filed a fresh petion this year and got approved. My Interview has been scheduled on this week. Will VO ask any question on my past rejection? If so wat i need to answer?

Usually, they don’t ask any questions about the past denial. If asked, you need to answer to the best of your knowledge (whatever the RFE reason was).
