H1B Reinitiation

Hi,

i had a valid H1B visa between Jan2007 to Sept 2009. however i did not travel to US during this period. now i would like to check if the same Visa can be Reinitiated or should i go for a fresh application. i am with the same employer .

I don’t think you are cap-exempt as your 6 year clock expired in 2013 (2007 + 6 years). You have to go through cap again.
