H1B processing without job offer

Hi,

My company in India is processing my H1b visa for US transfer.

My Visa is initiated and Legal team in US have received my documents and verified it from attorney(which I can see from their tracking portal)… As per the current status, they are now preparing for the LCA.

BUT I still to receive and sign my offer from US team. They’ve mentioned rough salary/compensation. So my question here is: is it possible to file a Labor Condition Application (LCA) without giving the exact salary/location or without providing offer letter to the applicant?
