H1B processing time

Hi,

I am non-AD/PP/WAC. I got a receipt on apr 16 and it approved on apr 29.

The current status “decision”.

Any idea how long it takes before it moved to post decision or the formal document will be sent?

My approval on april 24 my case in post decision stage

  1. Was your status post decision stage" immediately or it was in decision state before? My status was “post decision” for 3 days and moved back to decision.
  2. Are you PP or RP
  3. Are you EAC or WAC
  4. Did you get I-795 or still waiting?

Im in WAC I got I-795C Plz find status shows on uscis On XXXXX, your notice I129, PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER was processed and mailed to the address on record.
