Submitted doc for H1B Process and my passport is to expiery on Nov 2014
Do i need to renew the passport befor stamping ?
Will they process my application for stamping .
Can i renew after visa stamping ?
Please suggest

If you are talking about applying this year, yes get the passport renewed before you go for stamping. Passport expiry typically doesn’t matte for H1 petition processing. You will have to carry old and new passport irrepective of when you go for stamping.
If your passport is about to expire(6months) when you go for stamping, get the stamping done on new passport.
As soon as you get you apply for new passport, the passport office will put cancelled seal on the old passport.
