H1B Premuim Processing for 2nd RFE no response even after 15 Calendar days

On December 20, 2017, USCIS received and updated my case status as “Case Was Received and A Receipt Notice Was Emailed”, Today it’s January 5th still the status is same. In between we had Chrismass and Jan 1st national holidays, will this effect the 15 calender days schedule ?

Same situation with me as well. On Dec 20th , my PREMIUM case got updated with below status but did not hear anything since then, it has been more than 19 days.

On December 20, 2017, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-129*

I am guessing that it is not updated in the USCIS portal .

I just got to know from attorney that they received my H1B extension approval notice. So the problem is that USCIS is not updating the appropriate status in portal .

Please contact your attorney, make him call USCIS. I believe decision already made, just that they haven’t updated. All the best :slight_smile:

Hi Selva,
my status did not change yet in USCIS portal but got to know from attorney that they received my approval notice. so lets not wait for the status on portal, please reach out to your attorney and check with them if they have received any status or make them call premium processing unit to get to know your status .
