H1B Premium processing response

Hi There

I had applied for H1B in April 2019 through premium. On Aug 15th we had sent RFE documents. However when I check on Case Tracker it’s still showing that request for RFE has been sent. Its been a more than a month nothing is updating in that website. Generally, 15 days is the SLA to know whether it’s approved/rejected. But here I’m not getting any update.

Any alternate way to know about the status rather than contact my attorney. Or should i wait for some more days.


Yes, the SLA is 15 days. You need to ask your attorney to follow up…No, there is no alternative other than attorney or employer. You have to rely on them. Also, the online status can be very misleading, so always check with your attorney or employer for physical copies.
