Hi,

My employer applied H1B. They have done the premium processing. My petition selected in lottery. They sent back the receipt number with WAC Series number.

While checking my case status online , i am not able to recognize the status number. Is there any problem with that? It seems does not recognize the case number. What is wrong with that? But i have that receipt notice also, employer forwarded me that receipt notice.

Could you please provide me the details about that if you have any?

I assume you are entering just the 13 digits of the case number w/o any dashes.

If the issues continues, then your employer should contact USCIS to confirm that the receipt number is correct and inform USCIS to fix the issue at their end.
