My employer said my H1B processing is upgraded to premium on 13th May. But even today that’s 24th the status is not upgraded to premium in USCIS website. Is it normal to not reflect the premium upgrade in USCIS website . My visa was filed in normal mode and later upgraded to premium after receiving the file number . From when shall I count the 15 days counter ? And what to do even after 15 days there is not change of status of no update from USCIS ?
You have no option but to wait. The status will update once the USCIS officer gets to your PP request.
It should take 15 calendar days, you just have to wait until 28th then? Did it get approved already?
I got the confirmation of approval on 12th day . But the updated to premium status never arrived on website . Neither the i797 was mailed . It’s a hard copy in my case . Waiting to receive the same .
