I’m processing H1B from India, initially i had an RFE and my employer responded for that within in stipulated time . My Premium processing Clock started and it’s been 15 days the petition is in Initial review stage itself .Can any one help me out if they had similar situation and what would be the reason for this, as my understanding is premium processing should be responded within 15 days ? thanks !!
Ideally USCIS respond to the RFE withing 15days but in case you havent heard anything from USCIS you can call on hotline number and check with them.
[b]Please note that t[/b][b]he processing period that will be used to determine whether or not the USCIS meets the 15-day period will begin when:[/b]
~ the Form I-907 is delivered to the USCIS processing Center (at the appropriate address)
~ and will end upon the USCIS mailing of a notice.
