My H1B is picked in lottery.
I have received case number as well.I am processing this as Normal case.Regularly, I am checking the status on USCIS case status web site. Still my case status shows as My Case Received. Its been more than 94 days with the same status !!
Generally how long it takes to change the status?
What is the maximum time to change from one status to another?
What is the maximum time to get petition approved from the day of Case receipt?
Please share your experience.
