H1B Picked in Lottery,but Status is not Getting Changed After That

Hi,

For 2017 cap , my I-129 application got picked up in lottery, received the receipt number too.

But still waiting for the status of my application. All the Colleagues known to me in my company had received their status either as Approved/Rejected. But me only left.

Please guide me how can I proceed further regarding this.

This may be normal. There are several others waiting as well. You can continue to wait or upgrade to PP.

I am also facing the same issue. Status is exactly the same.

I am frustrated of waiting for approval. Mine is also “Case is received”.
