H1B petiton approved but stamping not proceeding

Hello,

I got email regarding H1B petition approved on Oct 8,2015 but now company not sending for stamping as no requirement in project A., so suppose If I change project B and there is requirement for Texas location and my petition approved for NJ location,

so will it impact in stamping ? or do I need to ammendment in petition before stamping.?

Yes, an amendment needs to be filed first. Once approved, you can go for H-1 visa stamping and then travel to US to work at TX location.
