I have attended H1b stamping interview on Jan 03, 2014. I have been given blue slip 221g. Later in the second week of June I have received a document stating that petition sent back to USCIS - recomending to revoke.
- Now if my current sponsor do not reinstate then can I use this I-129 / I-797 / LCA to apply for cap exempt petition with another sponsor ?
Or I should apply with same sponsor ?
- The document said that it has been refused due to misrepresentation of details. Does it mean any wrong information from my side (education / job) or is it from sponsor ? If my side any problem with documents then why USCIS selected my petition in lottery ?
