Hi Team,

My employer has sent my documents for filing on 5th JUNE.

When I asked for reciept number from my employer, they says that it will be sent to me as well from USCIS.

Is it true?

As far as I know, USCIS will communicate only to the petitioner (or their representative who has filed the petition) regarding H1B petitions. Its the petitioner who will be intimating the beneficiary (you) about the details, including receipt number.
