My company applied H1B for me in 2010, the petition was valid from Oct/2010 to Jun/2012, so I got stamped from Nov/2010 to Jun/2012. I traveled on this visa from Dec/2010 to Dec/2011,my l94 also expire on Jun/2012. I am staying out of USA since Jan 2012. Could you pls let me know whether I am eligible for cap exempt or extension or transfer applicable from another company. What are the possibilities?
