H1b petition from regular to premium

Hi Experts

My employer filed regular h1b petition and case was received on 06/17/2016. I can see my case still as “Received” only. As its already been 2 months, does it make sense to convert to premium ?

I need my I797 approved ASAPfor other opportunity.

The processing delay is normal. However, if you have urgent need to start working on H-1, then upgrade to PP after discussing w/ the employer.
